At Silvertree Psychology, we put an emphasis on actuarial, data-driven metrics to provide scientific assessments of personality, cognition, and other neurocognitive concerns.  Patient history is certainly an important part of the process, but testing can tell us things that patients may not even be aware of and can help provide the data to backup your personal experiences.

We further believe that your time is important and should be respected.  While some clinics may engage in highly rigorous 8-hour testing days, we also know that testing can be exhausting, like doing a full day's mental work out, and we want you to be at your best when we work with you!  We have made every effort to be both efficient and caring, while not missing any aspect of importance to the testing process or your results.  Your testing profile will be based on the concerns and complaints you present, and is directly titrated to get at all the relevant information without delay or wasting time and resources.

Silvertree Psychology also prescribes to an internationally recognized standard of assessment and diagnosis.  While others may use the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) only, the DSM is an American-based manual that takes from the more comprehensive International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11).  We use both manuals to find the best diagnosis that would be appropriate for the symptoms and results being presented so that you can get the full measure of recommendations and assistance.
