Psychological Assessment Fees

Psychological assessments are a comprehensive, multi-step process that includes clinical interview, testing, scoring, interpretation and detailed report writing. Fees vary depending on the type and complexity of the assessment, as well as the amount of time required to complete the process.

At SilverTree Psychology, assessments are designed to provide clear, accurate and meaningful results, not just a diagnosis, but a deeper understanding of how you think, learn and function, along with practical recommendations for next steps.

Because each assessment is tailored to the individual, a more specific estimate will be provided based on your needs prior to booking.

Assessment Rates

Payment is due at the time of service. While SilverTree Psychology does not offer direct billing, invoices can be provided for reimbursement depending on your individual insurance plan.

Psychotherapy Fees

Psychotherapy services are billed through RowanTree Psychotherapy and are offered on a private-pay basis. Sessions are designed to be thoughtful, personalized and focused on meaningful progress. Rather than operating on a high-volume model, the practice maintains a smaller caseload to ensure each individual receives dedicated time, attention and care.

This approach allows for:

  • Flexible scheduling options

  • A more focused and individualized therapeutic experience

Private-pay services allow sessions to remain centred on your needs, without the limitations or administrative requirements often associated with insurance-based care. Session rates will be discussed prior to booking.
