These are stressful times. We're still here to help.

Even though social distancing is no longer in effect, the danger and subsequent damage is still present.  Whether it is the flu, Covid-19 (and it's variants), norovirus, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), measles, or otherwise, it is important that we keep each other as safe as possible.

That is why SilverTree Psychology has committed to virtual care, while still offering the necessary testing to help our patients get their needs met.  Whether that means neuropsychological, fitness for duty, academic accommodations, or simply basic diagnostic testing, we are going to make sure that you get the help you need at the level of quality that we hold as important.

What is Virtual Care?

Some people may wonder if virtual care is "less" than in-person, but great strides in technology make this concern a thing of the past!  Since the pandemic, test-creators have worked hard to incorporate virtual testing as a standardized method of assessment, such that virtual testing may actually gather just as much data, if not more than an in-person assessment.

Use of virtual assessment and technology allows for people who have mobility issues, concerns regarding driving / anxiety around others, time conflicts (either with work or school), or long distances to cover where they to drive to a clinic, to have full access to proper and robust care with just the click of a mouse!

Rest assured, we do not put the responsibility of the technical work on our patients.  We make things easy for you with a simple emailed link to a virtual service, Doxy.me; a safe and secure medical virtual care space that is fully compliant with HIPAA, PIPEDA, and PHIPA.  You will never have to download any programs, sign up, or create log in information that would otherwise be tracible.  All you need to access the care we provide is a computer or laptop, stable internet connection, and a camera!

Please know that we do NOT use Artificial Intelligence (AI) in any of the assessments, scoring, or interpretation.  All of the work is done by a licensed and registered Doctor, who has all the training and expertise that that title conveys.
